WATCH: Col. Pfluger Flies Banner Over San Angelo

SAN ANGELO, TX – Republican nominee for Congress in Texas CD11 Col. August Pfluger's campaign flew an airplane towing a Pfluger banner over San Angelo on Election Day.

Pfluger is running for the CD11 Congressional seat.  He is challenged by Democrat John Mark Hogg and Libertarian Wacy Alpha Cody.  

The polls close at 7 p.m. in the 29 county congressional district.
