Democratic Citizen Center NOW OPEN is located at 1623 S. Chadbourne. This center is meant as a resource for the County Party. The Center will operate 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with an hour for lunch, 12 p.m.-1 p.m. Monday through Friday with optional weekend hours and evening hours available.
We are looking to meet the needs of the community by identifying hot sopts, like veteran's benefits, low income, low education, few hirable skills, union representation, access to health care, immigration, naturalization, Latino advocacy, citizen advocacy, women's rights, welfare and social reforms.
The Citizen's Center will operate in two phases; Phase I will provide a forum for voter registration and voter registration drives, direct and assist cadidate voter drives, candidate representation, polling and democratic advocacy. Phase II will provide a phone bank and door to door canvass operations.
