WALL, TX -- Tana Sue Pyssen is running for Tom Green County Commissioner Pct. 2 and supporters gathered in Wall, TX at the Volunteer Fire Department Hall to raise money for her campaign and discuss issues facing the county.
Pyssen said she’s not disgruntled about property taxes but, “They irk me like they irk everyone else. The county needs to live within its means.” She continued, “I just want to get in there and do a good job.”
Pyssen along with her husband are co-owners of All-Tex irrigation and supply. She graduated from Wall High School and Angelo State University.
On the new Tom Green County jail, Pyssen says, “It needs to be finished. It is already started and they need to finish it and utilize it.”
Former Tom Green County Commissioner Clayton Friend attended the fundraiser last night and gave Pyssen some campaign advise.
