SAN ANGELO, TX — Hot temperatures will grip the San Angelo region today and Monday before rain chances increase significantly midweek and slightly cooler conditions become possible, the National Weather Service said Sunday.

The NWS said increasing rain chances and cooler temperatures are possible Wednesday through the end of the week, with highs trending into the upper 80s for many spots.
