SAN ANGELO, TX — The Concho Valley and surrounding areas are experiencing cold and breezy conditions today, with high temperatures ranging from the upper 30s to lower 40s.
A northwest wind of 20-30 mph is expected to contribute to the chill throughout the morning and afternoon. Light snow is possible in the Big Country region, but little to no accumulation is anticipated.

The National Weather Service has also released an extended forecast predicting a very cold start to Saturday morning, with lows dipping into the upper teens to low 20s. Lows over the next several days will remain in the mid-20s to low 30s.

Highs are projected to gradually increase, reaching the low to mid-50s from Saturday through Wednesday. By the end of next week, temperatures could climb into the 60s.
