Temperatures Climb to 70s Before a Cold Front Hits Next Week

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – West Texans will enjoy sunny skies and warmer temperatures this weekend, with highs reaching the 70s and low 80s in some areas, before a strong cold front brings a cool-down by midweek.

Friday’s forecast predicts high temperatures in the mid-70s across San Angelo and surrounding areas, with west winds ranging from 10 to 20 mph. The warmth will persist through Monday, with highs expected to climb to 80 degrees in many locations.

The National Weather Service anticipates a stronger cold front to arrive Monday night into Tuesday. This system will bring cooler weather, with daytime highs dipping into the 50s and overnight lows falling into the 30s by New Year’s Day.

Dry conditions will continue, providing ideal weather for outdoor activities leading into the holiday weekend.
