SAN ANGELO, TX — Warm and breezy conditions will continue Sunday, with high temperatures reaching the upper 70s to lower 80s across the Concho Valley.
This trend will change Monday as a weak cold front moves through the area, according to the National Weather Service.
Today’s weather will feature mostly sunny skies following morning cloud cover. Winds will come from the south to southwest at 10-20 mph, with gusts up to 30 mph. Above-average temperatures today are expected to give way to cooler conditions starting Monday.
Highs will drop into the mid-60s Monday and Tuesday, with lows in the 40s. A brief warm-up is forecast Wednesday, with temperatures climbing back to the lower 80s. However, a stronger cold front Wednesday night will bring significantly cooler weather by Thanksgiving, with daytime highs in the 50s and overnight lows in the mid-30s.
Residents should prepare for the cooler temperatures as the holiday approaches, with a chilly Thanksgiving expected after an unseasonably warm weekend.
