Dense Fog Advisory in Effect for the Concho Valley

 

SAN ANGELO – The National Weather Service office in San Angelo has issued a Dense Fog Advisory for all of West Texas Thursday morning.  

A dense fog advisory remains effective until 10 a.m. CST this morning...

  • What: Visibility is reduced to one quarter mile or less due to dense fog.
  • Where: This advisory covers all of West Central Texas.
  • When: The advisory is in place until 10 a.m. CST today.
  • Impacts: Hazardous driving conditions are expected due to limited visibility.

Precautionary/Preparedness Actions:

Drivers are advised to slow down, utilize headlights, and maintain significant distance between vehicles when on the road."
