Ready for Weekend Fishing? Concho River Stocked with Catfish

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — The Texas Parks and Wildlife Inland Fisheries San Angelo District posted on its Facebook page on Friday, October 13, that Catfish have been stocked in the Concho River in downtown San Angelo ahead of the weekend.

“Catfish have been stocked in the Concho River downtown San Angelo,” the post read. “Other areas in West Texas stocked with channel catfish this week include Foster Park, Comanche Trails Odessa, Comanche Trails Big Spring, and Monahan's Perch Pond.”

Reminder: there's no size limit on catfish, and each angler can keep five catfish per day (Community Fishing Lake Regulations). Have a great weekend!
