Thunderstorms Forming in Eastern Tom Green County

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – At 1:49 P.M. Wednesday San Angelo doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Lowake, or 8 miles northwest of Paint Rock, moving east at 15 mph.

Penny size hail and wind gusts up to 50 mph will be possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include... Paint Rock, Eden, Miles, Lowake, Wall, Mereta, Veribest, Vancourt, Eola, Millersview, Rowena, Live Oak, as well as rural areas of southern Runnels, eastern Tom Green, and western Concho counties.

There is a good chance for thunderstorms in San Angelo Wednesday afternoon as well.
