Fishing Holes Across San Angelo Stocked with Rainbow Trout

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Over the past few days the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department workers have filled up a number of fishing holes in San Angelo.

According to the Texas Parks and Wildlife Inland Fisheries San Angelo District, on Jan. 20 and 22, Texas Parks and Wildlife stocked three fishing holes with over 1,000 Rainbow Trout.

Three hundred fish were stocked at the San Angelo State Park pond and six hundred fish were stocked at Foster Park on Jan. 20.

Today the TPWD stocked hundreds of trout into the Concho River near the Oakes St. bridge.
