SAN ANGELO, TX – Strong thunderstorms and localized flooding are possible Monday in San Angelo and the Concho Valley.
According to the National Weather Service office in San Angelo, there is a 60 percent chance of rain Monday afternoon.
Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms are expected Monday. Brief heavy rainfall from these storms may produce localized street flooding. Dangerous lightning is also possible. Thunderstorms are expected to become isolated by early evening.
Tuesday through Sunday Isolated showers and thunderstorms are expected Tuesday. The main hazards will be brief heavy rainfall and dangerous lightning. The threat for widespread hazardous weather is low.
