SAN ANGELO, TX – Thunderstorms will move into West Central Texas this evening according to the National Weather Service office in San Angelo.
A few storms may be severe with large hail and damaging winds being the primary hazards.
There is a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly between 11 p.mm and 2 a.m. It will be mostly cloudy, with a low around 66. South southeast wind 10 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
On Wednesday, isolated severe thunderstorms are possible. The primary concerns are large hail, damaging winds, and an isolated tornado. For Friday and into the weekend, additional thunderstorms are expected across the region. Some of these storms could become strong to severe, but lightning is the main concern at this time.
