Thunderstorms Possible Monday Evening

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – National Weather Service meteorologists say thunderstorms will pass through the Concho Valley Monday evening. 

Isolated to widely scattered thunderstorms will be possible late this afternoon and evening, mainly north and west of a Sonora to Abilene line. The main hazards will be damaging winds, hail and dangerous cloud to ground lightning. .

Isolated to scattered thunderstorms are also possible Tuesday night across portions of the Heartland, northwest Hill Country, and eastern Big Country. A few of these storms may become strong to severe, mainly east of a Haskell, to Abilene, to Mason line. The main hazards will be large hail, damaging winds, and dangerous lightning.
