WATCH: 9/11 As Events Unfolded

SAN ANGELO, TX – Today marks the 19th anniversary of the tragedy that occurred at the world trade center of September 11, 2001. 

The video above presented by the Transportation Security Administration depicts events as they took place that tragic day. 

In the video can be heard phone calls, radio transmission, as well as live video from the planes crashing. 

During the September 11 attacks of 2001, 2,977 people died, 19 hijackers committed murder/suicide, and more than 6,000 others were injured. The immediate deaths included 265 on the four planes (including the terrorists), 2,606 in the World Trade Center and in the surrounding area, and 125 at the Pentagon. 

This was the most deadly terrorist attack on US soil in history.
