Stuffins

Arguably one of the most filling items on any Thanksgiving menu, stuffing portions can often be tough to gage, and they seem to expand as soon as they’ve been swallowed. Avoid feeling miserably full this year by making your stuffin’ in a muffin! Just use your favorite recipe and bake in muffin cups.

Pie on a Stick

Much more fancy than the name implies, these cute mini pies will be hit with both kids and adults. Use different shape cookie cutters for different pie patterns, and control your portion sizes with a creative desert disguise.

Thanksgiving Gratitude Rolls

Here’s a twist on the traditional that anyone can do. Have your guests write notes of what they’re thankful for and roll them up in your croissants. Or go the fortune cookie route and write surprise messages for all of your guests. Make sure they don’t swallow the paper!
