SAN ANGELO, TX — This year's appraisals are out and no one seems happy about the uptick in property values. Property values, as determined by the Tom Green County Appraisal District, are half of the multiplication formula that determines how much county property owners will pay in taxes.

On this show, Tim Condon, owner of the Angry Cactus, talks about his crusade against taxes.
