No Covid-19 Surge During Thanksgiving Break in San Angelo

 

SAN ANGELO, TX –– As the country returns to normal after the Thanksgiving break, the number of new coronavirus infections continues to remain low in San Angelo.

According to the daily report for the last five days, a total of 71 cases were confirmed.

Total cases over last five days: 71

  • Thursday, November 25th: 19
  • Friday, November 26th: 16
  • Saturday, November 27th: 8
  • Sunday, November 28th: 15
  • Monday, November 25th: 13

According to the report, more than 80 percent of the infections reported were in patients 20 or older. Health officials also confirmed a total of 74 patients were removed from the active case count.

No new Covid-19 fatalities were reported in the last five days.
