SAN ANGELO, TX — Beginning Thursday, July 29, Shannon Urgent Care West, located at 4251 Sunset Drive, will be reopening their drive-thru COVID-19 testing site. The testing site will be available daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
There is no cost to the patient for the test and appointments are not required. Patients are encouraged to bring their insurance card with them.
The San Angelo Health Department reported that 577 citizens are suffering active Covid infections Wednesday after another 83 new positive infections were added just on Wednesday's' report alone. There are currently 29 of the 577 infected patients hospitalized. This is one more than the day prior.
