Coronavirus: 8 Deaths Confirmed In One Day in Tom Green County

SAN ANGELO, TX -- The San Angelo Health Department has confirmed one of the deadliest days since the pandemic began.

On Sunday, city officials confirmed 8 new COVID-19 related deaths.

The following patients have passed away:

  • Female in her 80s from Tom Green County
  • Male in his 70s from Tom Green County
  • Female in her 70s from Tom Green County
  • Male in his 60s fromTom Green County
  • Male in his 60s from Tom Green County
  • Female in her 80s from Schleicher County
  • Female in her 70s from McCulloch County
  • Male in his 70s from Sutton County

This brings the total COVID-19-related death count in Tom Green County to 148: 96 from Tom Green County and 52 from other counties.
