Hardin Simmons Confirms 5 Athletes Test Positive for COVID-19

 

BROWNWOOD, TX — Hardin-Simmons University has announced five student-athletes have tested positive for coronavirus.

According to KTXS, Chad Grubbs, HSU Director of Athletic Communications, stated the athletes are “currently self-isolating."

No further information has been released regarding the demographics of the students or what sport they participate in at Hardin-Simmons University.

HSU is the first college in Abilene to make any coronavirus test results public.
