DPS Troopers Tested for COVID-19 in San Angelo

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – Troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety office in San Angelo were tested Tuesday for COVID-19. 

According to DPS Public Information Officer Justin Baker, on Monday, per protocol the troopers are being tested for Coronavirus. 

The troopers who were tested recently returned from deployment in Austin. 

As of now, no cases have been reported in the San Angelo DPS. 

In addition to the troopers there was a long line of private vehicles at the downtown San Angelo test site.
