My daughter has not been feeling well for over a month. She has had shortness of breath and a sore throat. She has tried two times to get tested and was told both times she did not exhibit the signs to qualify for testing. She has insurance so that cannot be the reason. She did a virtual doctor visit, she went to the urgent care clinic, and ended up going to the ER last week. She has been referred to a pulmonologist and has an appointment today. I just do not understand why they have not tested her as the article above states "must have at least one of the symptoms" and she has two of them. She has self-quarantined as a precautionary action. I hope she will get some answers today, surely they will test her.
