Coronavirus: Brown County Confirms Four New Cases

 

BROWNWOOD, TX – The total case count of coronavirus reached 17 in Brown County after the health department reported four new positive cases.

According to KTXS, the four new cases are residents of the same nursing facility. Of the 17 cases in the county, 11 are linked to one facility with 10 residents and 1 employee testing positive. The nursing home is testing each resident using a private lab.

As of Friday morning, these are the following numbers that have been released by the Brownwood / Brown County Health Department.

  • 207 tested
  • 165 negative
  • 25 pending
  • 17 positive cases
  • 11 recovered
  • 1 dead
