Coronavirus: Stores Can Now Have 250 Inside

SAN ANGELO, TX – After Governor Abbott announced his plans to reopen Texas businesses in phases – grocery stores, and building supply stores will now be increasing the number of people they allow inside a store at any one time.

Previously stores had been limited to 100 people causing long lines and wait times. With the new phase in effect, stores will now be able to have 250 people inside at any given time effective immediately.

Social distancing rules will continue to be enforced and employees that maintain direct contact with customers must wear face masks.

Restaurant employees will also be required to wear face masks as of this time. Patrons and customers are encouraged to cover their face while shopping.
