Coronavirus: Woman in her 40s Dies in San Antonio

 

SAN ANTONIO, TX – San Antonio city officials have confirmed the second death due to COVID-19 on Tuesday. The patient was a woman in her 40’s who was being treated at University Hospital.

According to My San Antonio, the woman had been employed at St. Luke’s Catholic Church. As of this time, it is unknown if the woman had underlying health issues that could have contributed to her death.

The first death in San Antonio was a woman in her 80’s who had a history of underlying issues. She died on Sunday.

As of Tuesday, there are 715 cases of coronavirus reported in the state of Texas across 65 counties. Eleven deaths have been reported in the state.
