Permian Basin Officials Confirm Third Coronavirus Case

 

MIDLAND, TX – The third Coronavirus patient in the Permian Basin was confirmed this morning by a number of Health Departments from around the area. 

According to CBS 7, on Mar. 23, officials with the State Health Department issued a notice that the Permian Basin now has three Coronavirus patients. 

As previously reported one patient is from Midland while the other was from Crane. Here is the original story: Three confirmed cases of Coronavirus in the Permian Basin

The new case is out of Lea County. This brings the total in the basin to 3. 

The state of Texas has 334 with 5 deaths.
