Prayer Rally Planned in San Angelo Commemorating 46th Anniversary of Roe v. Wade

SAN ANGELO, TX -- A prayer rally is planned for Tuesday at the Tom Green County Courthouse lawn commemorating the 46th anniversary of the landmark Supreme Court decision Roe v. Wade legalizing abortion in the United States. 

According to organizers, the rally is a time for silent or group prayer for the more than 61 million unborn babies who have died from abortion since Jan. 22, 1973. 

Pro-life members of all faiths will gather from 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m Tuesday to show unity against a culture of violence and death according to organizers.
