H-E-B Buns Are Recalled

H-E-B has issued a company-wide recall on hamburger and hot dog buns. These products are being pulled from the shelves. If you have recently purchased any hamburger or hotdog buns, then you should check the UPC or take them back to the store as a precaution. This is a voluntary recall for H-E-B brand buns and Hill Country Fare brand buns due to a possible presence of a foreign substance.

A terry cloth glove could have broken up in the dough. This is a potential choking hazard and may impact the quality of the product. There have been no incidents reported at this time. Products on the shelves as of last Friday, June 26,  are not included in the recall. Any products bought before last Friday should be checked or returned.

For more information on the recall, please visit the H-E-B website. Here you will find a full list of the affected products.
