Tessa Talks: Shea Abshier and the Nighthowlers

SAN ANGELO, TX— Tessa Koskovich talks with musician Shea Abshier about his new song that was just released and what playing at Blaine's Pub means to him.

Shea Abshier of Shae Abshier and the Nighthowlers who are playing tonight, March 8, 2025, at Blaine's Pub, located at 10 West Harris Avenue in Downtown San Angelo. Abshier and his band love playing in San Angelo, specifically at Blaine's. They recorded an album a couple years ago and just released a song, titled "Somehow", and will continue to put out new music until the record is released.

Shea Abshier and the Nighthowlers will be one of the opening acts at The Western Roundup, a cancer benefit concert, being held at the Bill Aylor Riverstage in San Angelo where 100% of the proceeds will go to five individuals who are battling cancer.

Those five are Ray Cook, Robert Lasater, Mallary Campos, Konner Barnes, and Carlie Jo Johnson.

Along with Abshier, The Western Roundup will bring Shane Smith and the Saints, Cody Canada and the Departed, Dylan Wheeler, Gage and the Grease Monkeys, and Tristan Greaves.
