SAN ANGELO, TX — It was a concert that took one year and a half to pull off, and it was a hit. Headliner Parker McCollum, a Texas Country singer and songwriter who was added to the MCA Nashville label. Friday’s concert, called the Wild West Fest at the San Angelo River Stage, was on the same day his first MCA album, titled Gold Chain Cowboy, was released.
