WATCH: Group Surprises San Angelo Waitress With HUGE Tip

SAN ANGELO, TX – 2020 has been a tough year for everyone but one of the biggest groups that was hit were people who work in the restaurant and bar industry.

A group of friends decided to give back to the industry by giving a waitress an $1,100 tip.

"We got together as a group and decided we wanted to bless someone for Christmas," said Rodney Flemming, one of the members of the group. "We really hope it's the best tip you've gotten in your life."

The group hopes that this will spread Christmas cheer and encourages others to do the same.
