Fans Rocked to Sounds of KISS, Whitesnake, and Motley Crue at West Texas Jam II

SAN ANGELO, TX — The second annual West Texas Jam II held at the San Angelo Riverstage Sept. 13-14 is in the history books.

San Angelo rocked to the sounds of Kiss, Motley Crue and Whitesnake Saturday. The concert was headlined by Rock and Roll Over, the KISS tribute band out of Dallas. Saints and Sinners, performing as Whitesnake opened the show. CRUELigans, the DFW Motley Crüe tribute band performed just before the KISS show.

Rock and Roll over didn’t disappoint, bringing an authentic KISS show to San Angelo, including the choreography, fire, and spitting blood.

Friday night’s show featured Metallica tribute Kill ‘Em All and Youthanasia tribute for Megadeth opened.

Both nights saw 823 in attendance.

The next West Texas Jam III is scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 12, at the San Angelo Riverstage. Bands are soon to be announced.
