SAN ANGELO, TX — Comedian April Macie will perform in San Angelo at 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7.
The former “Last Comic Standing” finalist will appear at the Brooks & Bates Theatre, 82 Gillis St.
Macie has appeared on E! Entertainment, Sirius and XM Radio, Access Hollywood, Talk Soup, and HLN. She also appeared on the Howard Stern show where she was voted the “Funniest and Hottest” comedian in America.
Macie is a regular guest on the Bob and Tom radio show and has toured nationwide with the Bob & Tom All-Stars. April has appeared on Showtime’s I Am Comic, Vegas Is My Oyster, Snoop Dogg’s: Bad Girls of Comedy, and was the host of the AVN Awards.
She has appeared on Comedy Underground with Dave Attell on Comedy Central and Jenny McCarthy’s Dirty Sexy Funny on A&E. She also gave a TEDx talk on turning pain into humor and has supported the USO across the world in 16 countries.
Currently, Macie travels internationally as a headlining stand-up comedian and has visited over 60 countries throughout her career. She can also be seen on the Netflix series Tiffany Haddish Presents: They Ready.
Macie will be joined by featured comedian Allison Wojtewecz, also known as Alliwo, from Austin. She was a cast regular in Austin’s chapter of the award-winning Sh*t-Faced Shakespeare for two years.
