St. Joseph Catholic Church Hosting Fiesta Festival and Annual Car Show

SAN ANGELO, TX - This weekend, the St. Joseph Catholic Church is hosting its Fiesta Festival and Annual Car Show.

The event will have vibrant cultural performances, live music, and a display of classic and modern automobiles.

The festival will take place at the H.E.B. Community Center located at 200 West 43rd Street, spanning over two days from Saturday, May 18th to Sunday, May 19th.

The event will kick off on Saturday at noon with an array of activities planned until midnight. Attendees can look forward to a loteria, a silent auction, numerous food booths, and a raffle with a grand prize of a $5,000 Visa gift card.

Musical performances will include a lineup with bands such as La Internacional Furia Colombiana, Mariachi Los Caciques, Grupo MG, and many more.

People are asked to use the Coliseum parking lot to park their vehicles.

The car show is a highlight of the festival on Sunday, running from noon to 6 p.m. Car enthusiasts will have their vehicles blessed, and trophies will be awarded for the best-decorated ride. Information from a flier states that there will be a $25 donation for the church.

In addition to the car show, Sunday’s schedule is packed with performances by local and regional musical acts such as La Tropa Mayor, Evoluzión, and the traditional Ballet Tonantzin.

The evening will conclude with a raffle at 8 PM.
