Jason Aldean's 'Try That in a Small Town' Hits No. 1 Despite Backlash

ATLANTA, GA – Jason Aldean's new song 'Try That in a Small Town' has hit number one on the Billboard Country Music Chart.

As previously reported, on July 19, 2023, Aldean released a music video along with the song. The video featured cut scenes of protests from Atlanta's BLM riots during the chorus. Despite the controversy, after one week, the song has soared to the top of the Billboard Country Music Chart and to number two on the Billboard Top 100.

To celebrate, Aldean went to Twitter to thank his fans and announce his upcoming shows.
