The Expendables 4 Trailer Drops

HOLLYWOOD— The franchise that brought together all the 80’s action heroes has dropped a trailer for the next installment.

The Expendables 4, stylized as Expend4bles, will be series lead Sylvester Stallone’s last outing as Barney Ross. The synopsis for Expendables 4 reads:

A new generation of stars join the world’s top action stars for an adrenaline-fueled adventure in The Expendables 4.

Reuniting as the team of elite mercenaries, Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Randy Couture, and Sylvester Stallone are joins for the first time by Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson, Megan Fox, Tony Jaa, Iko Iwais, Jacob Scipio, Levy Tran, and Andy Garcia.

Armed with every weapon they can get their hands on and the skills to use them, The Expendables are the world’s last line of defense and the team that gets called when all other options are off the table. But new team members with new styles and tactics are going to give “new blood” a whole new meaning.

The first Expendables movie released in 2010 and features two sequels as of now. The franchise has brought nearly every action hero from Hollywood out of the woodwork. In Expendables 1, 2, and 3, we’ve seen movies stars such as Jet LI, Terry Crews, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Bruce Willis, Mickey Rourke, Eric Roberts, “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, Chuck Norris, Jean-Claude Van Damme, Mel Gibson, Harrison Ford, Kelsey Grammer, Antonio Banderas, and Wesley Snipes.

The three films have grossed over $800 million dollars at the box office and with this fourth film, could break a billion.
