49th Running of the San Angelo Run in the Sun Draws Hundreds of Athletes

 

SAN ANGELO – The legendary annual Run in the Sun road race through downtown San Angelo drew a crowd of serious and casual runners to the vaunted 49th year of the 5 mile foot race made popular in the 1970s. 

The race had hundreds of contestants of all ages and is the Road Runners Club of America State Championship 8K race.
