NASHVILLE, TN — Country singer Reba McEntire told her fans that she contracted Covid-19 even after receiving the vaccine. In a live streamed TikTok video, the “I’m a Surviver” singer gave fans a tour of her bird garden while holding a glass of red wine. The video aired on August 4.
She said her plans for touring again are still up in the air due to the Covid-19 Delta variant outbreak.

“We’ve waited as long as we possibly could to make a decision, but unfortunately we’re not going to be able to play our 2021 Reba: Live In Concert dates,” McEntire’ publicist stated on her website.
“When we get to do the tour next January (or March), it’s going to have new production,” she said.
“This has been a very hard year and it’s getting rougher again. You guys please stay safe,” McEntire told her fans on TikTok. “Wear your mask. Do what you have to do. Stay home. Just stay safe and stay healthy.”

“It’s not fun to get this. I did get it, Rex and I got it and it’s not fun. You don’t feel good. We were both vaccinated and we still got it,” she said.
She was referring to Rex Linn, her boyfriend. In her video, Reba and Rex appeared fully recovered. She and her beau are in their mid-60s.
