CHRISTOVAL, TX – Popular Hip Hop Artist Nelly is booked to perform in Christoval in October.
According to Cooper's BBQ, on Oct. 8, Nelly will be performing at the restaurant on his tour across the southern US. Other shows including Lubbock and Amarillo.
Nelly is famous for a number of hits including 'Hot in Here' and 'Air Force Ones.' He is from Texas and incorporates some country influence into his music.
Nelly has performed a number of country collaborations including songs with Tim McGraw and Kane Brown. He has most recently recorded a song with Florida Georgia Line called 'Lil bit.'
Cooper's BBQ is a large music venue just outside of San Angelo. The normal acts include Texas Country artists like Kyle Park or Koe Wetzel but they have had other acts including comedians, tribute bands, and now rap artists.
Tickets for the show go on sale Jul. 30 at 10 a.m.
