Dance Hall Destroyed by Fire to Host Benefit Concert

 

ROSCOE, TX – Just one week following the devastating fire that nearly destroyed Roscoe's dance hall the Lumberyard, the owners will host a live show to help fund the rebuild.

"We’ve been blessed by the outpouring of support as we work towards our options to re-create a version of The Lumberyard," stated owner of the dance hall on Facebook. "Our venue has stood as an example of hometown family fun for the past 11 years and now in destruction, an example of state wide love, encouragement, and comfort!"

The venue continued by announcing that they will host Glen Templeton on Friday, Jul. 23, just one week after the fire.

Tickets are available for $15 in advance by calling General Manager Sheree Herd at 1-316-435-2659 or $20 at the time of the event.
