Downtown San Angelo Going Forward with Christmas Parade

SAN ANGELO, TX – Downtown San Angelo announced on Friday that they will be moving forward with the Christmas Parade downtown.

The parade will begin on Dec. 12 starting at 7 p.m.

Due to coronavirus this parade will be different than years past. This year viewers will drive thru the parade instead of the traditional parade set up.

"Attendees are welcome to drive through historic downtown to view elaborate floats and performances. Floats and other units of presentation will be stationed on both sides of the street throughout the duration of the event. Viewership must be maintained from within the attendees’ vehicle. Walking will not be permitted." stated Downtown San Angelo's Facebook Page.

The parade will be held on 136 W. Twohig Ave.
