First responders will include the San Angelo Police Department, Tom Green County Sheriff’s Department, San Angelo Fire Departments, Goodfellow Air Force Base, Emergency Medical Service (EMS), Shannon Medical center and Community Medical Center, Pastors, Mayor, City Council Members.
The S. Oakes and Concho Ave. will be closed to traffic at approximately 5:50 p.m. today to allow attendees to form a square the intersection.
