WATCH: Read Along with a Number of San Angelo's Finest

SAN ANGELO, TX – San Angelo Independent School District is celebrating reading today with their first annual San Angelo reads event. 

The video above shows a number of community members reading the "San Angelo A-Z"" by Dr. Linda Thorsen Bond.

All throughout the day members of the community will read to elementary kids across the school district. 

Superintendent Dr. Carl Dethloff read "Ten on the Sled" by Kim Norman earlier today. 

The San Angelo Area Foundation donated a copy of "San Angelo A-Z" to every third grader attending SAISD.
