San Angelo Realtors Association Begins Offering Scholarships

SAN ANGELO, TX — The San Angelo Association of Realtors (SAAR) has announced the introduction of scholarships to support the educational aspirations of high school seniors in the Concho Valley. 

This initiative marks the first time the association has offered scholarships, 

The scholarships are divided into two categories: one $1,000 scholarship is available for students pursuing general academic studies, while another $1,000 scholarship is dedicated to students planning to attend a trade school. 

These scholarships are eligible to all graduating seniors "within the SAAR boundary."

The aim is to ease the burden of educational expenses for students and their families and encourage them to pursue higher education and vocational training.

In addition to the scholarships offered by the SAAR, Gandy Inc., a local business, contributes to the community's educational future by offering ten scholarships.
