SAN ANGELO, TX - San Angelo ISD Board Treasurer, Lake View High School Booster Club President, and Lake View graduate Bill Dendle has been nominated for Dave Campbell’s Football Community Connector of the Year.
Information states that the Community Connector School program celebrates committed students, teachers, and parents who stay connected in their community year-round.
San Angelo ISD and Lake View High School want help to vote for Mr. Dendle.
Voting is unlimited and open until January 19, 2024.
Currently, Mr. Dendle is in third place under Amarillo High School and Willis High School.
The first-place winner will receive a $2,500 school donation prize for the campus they represent.
“Please join us in supporting Lake View High School and Mr. Dendle by voting,” the school district stated. “San Angelo ISD extends our appreciation for voting for Mr. Dendle and supporting our Lake View High School Chiefs and Maidens! Go Chiefs!”
Earlier this year, Lake View High School was selected to be a member of the Dave Campbell Texas Football and Optimum Community Connector School Program, and Dr. Dendle was awarded the Community Connector Award and a $1,000 donation to LVHS football during the Lake View football game against Big Spring.
