Texas Tech University System Board of Regents to Meet on Thursday

 

LUBBOCK, TX — The Texas Tech University System Board of Regents will meet this week on November 16-17. The Board of Regents discusses multiple topics and makes decisions at these meetings that could affect Angelo State University. The meeting will take place at Texas Tech University in Lubbock in the Regents Conference Room. 

Here is the schedule for the meeting:

Thursday, November 16

10:00 a.m. – Facilities Committee

10:45 a.m. – Finance and Investments Committee

11:30 a.m. – Academic, Clinical and Student Affairs Committee

11:40 a.m. – Audit Committee

11:55 a.m. – Executive Session

4:00 p.m. – Following the Executive Session, reconvene into Open Session as Committee of the Whole

  • Executive Session motions, if any

4:05 p.m. – Recess

Friday, November 17

8:30 a.m. – Call to order, reconvene as Meeting of the Board and Committee of the Whole Board

  • Introductions and Recognitions
  • Approval of minutes
  • Approval of Consent and Information agendas
  • 2024 BOR meeting schedule
  • SGA President Reports

9:45 a.m. – Executive Session

10:45 a.m. – Following the Executive Session, reconvene into Open Session as Committee of the Whole

  • Executive Session motions, if any
  • Announcements

11:00 a.m. – Adjournment
