SAN ANGELO, TX — During the Central Bobcats’ football game against the Frenship Tigers last Friday night, November 3, Technical Education (CTE) teacher Scarlet Rodriguez was recognized as a Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA) Texas Teacher Appreciation recipient. The recognition highlights teachers for their positive impact and their passion and dedication to teaching.
The Bobcat football coaching staff recognized Ms. Rodriguez for her commitment and dedication to student growth and opportunity, willingness to exemplify the characteristics of the education profile, and passion for preparing students to be future-ready. Midway through the 2nd quarter, Ms. Rodriguez posed for pictures with San Angelo ISD Athletic Director Rodney Chant on the 25-yard line as the stadium announcer honored Rodriguez.
