SAN ANGELO – May 10 is National School Nurse Day and the San Angelo Independent School District wished its school nursers a happy day on social media.  

Happy National School Nurse Day to our dedicated school nurses who care for the whole health of our students. From administering first aid to assisting in management of health conditions, they help our students be healthy so we can do the important work of growing their hopes and dreams. Today - and every day - we thank our Difference Maker school nurses for your compassion and honor your knowledge.
