Christmas Holiday Break Begins Friday for San Angelo ISD Students

 

SAN ANGELO, TX – The San Angelo Independent School District will begin releasing students for the 2022 Winter Break on Friday.

According to the school calendar, on Dec. 16, 2022, high school students will be released at 12:30 p.m. and will not have to return to school until Tuesday, Jan. 3, 2023.

 Elementary schools will release students at 11:35 a.m., alternative campuses will release students at 12:30 p.m., and middle school students will get out at 1:15 p.m.

This break is set aside every year for students and staff to have a break between semesters to visit family during the holidays. Although school is out the City of San Angelo still has a curfew of 11 p.m. on weekdays and 12:01 a.m. on weekends.
